New Years Eve Celebrations at The Entrance Saturday 31st December 2016
Bring the family along to The Entrance for a fantastic night in Memorial Park for our New Year’s Eve celebrations.
The two performers this year are both locally based which will suit families and encourage people on the Coast to bring their kids along to celebrate the coming of the New Year! This event is family friendly, alcohol free and full of festive spirit.
The entertainment kicks off on the Waterfront plaza with Terry McIntosh and his band. Terry’s entertainment career started at age 8. He has been in live shows, talent quests and bands. These day he plays guitar and sings in lounge acts and as a cabaret artist reflecting the blood, sweat & tears of the past 40 plus year’s he has spent honing his skills on stage so don’t miss Terry perform from 12noon.
Modern History are the headlining band on the Memorial Park stage and will definitely get the party started with their raw energy live and free on stage from 6.00pm with DJ Ant leading the way. Modern History will take audiences on a journey this year’s New Year’s Eve, that they won’t forget.
Stalls and amusement rides will be set up in the park and there will be a spectacular fireworks display proudly brought to you by Mingara at 9pm.
