Ukelele Festival
23rd & 24th September 2017
Place: Memorial Park | City: The Entrance
The Central Coast Ukulele Festival Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th September 2017
The Ukulele is a unique instrument that is becoming ever so popular. It brings people from all ages together to learn and play music as a common bond. Ukulele clubs from all over the East Coast of Australia join together in Memorial Park to play and also watch some of the best Ukulele artists this country has to offer. The day offers something for everyone with market stalls, food stalls and rides for the kids. The Ukulele is commonly associated with music from Hawaii so what better way to celebrate this instrument than to have a traditional dance group entertain during the festival. The day is free so bring the family and even your ukulele and enjoy the festival.
